The Scottish SPCA are seeking a loving retirement home for a Lhasa Apso this spooky season.Scotland’s animal welfare charity is hoping to ‘treat’ Flynn, who is in the care of their Lanarkshire Animal Rescue and Rehoming Centre in Hamilton, to his forever home.
