A Scots council tenant with terminal cancer is awaiting compensation after a workman fell through his ceiling. William Mckay, 50, said Edinburgh City Council contractors had entered his Drylaw home to install insulation in his attic.
The workers, from Everwarm, turned up with no apparatus and one fell through the ceiling onto William's bed, Edinburgh Live reports.
