Prince Andrew has demanded a trial by jury as he makes an official response to Virginia Giuffre's sexual assault civil lawsuit.The Duke of York seeks to defend the civil sex case brought by Ms Giuffre, according a legal document filed in the US.The court documents filed in New York today show state that Andrew has denied all of the allegations against him and "hereby demands a trial by jury on all causes of action asserted in the complaint".Andrew says the lawsuit should be dismissed as he believes the New York court “lacks subject matter jurisdiction” due to his accuser Ms Giuffre being “a permanent resident of Australia and not a domiciliary of Colorado”.Ms Giuffre accuses the Duke of York, of sexual assault on three occasions more than two decades ago at the London home of convicted sex trafficker Ghislaine Maxwell and at paedophile financier Jeffrey Epstein’s New York mansion and Epstein’s private island, Little St James, allegations which he vehemently denies.
