All of the sex abuse allegations denied by Prince Andrew's legal team have been revealed in court documents ahead of the court case later this year. The papers were filed by the Duke of York’s lawyer Andrew Brettler in response to claims made by accuser Virginia Giuffre in August 2021.The 114-page document contains 41 denials as well as 40 instances in which the team said it "lacks sufficient information to admit or deny" the allegations. There are also a handful of admissions in the report, in which the Duke demanded a trial by jury, reports the Mirror.Ms Guiffre claims in 2001 she was trafficked by billionaire and convicted paedophile Jeffrey Epstein and his partner Ghislaine Maxwell to have sex with Prince Andrew in London when she was 17 - which makes her a minor in US law.She also alleges she was forced to have sex with the royal at Epstein's home in New York and the US Virgin Islands. The mum-of-three is suing Andrew for unspecified damages, which US lawyers say could "easily" be in excess of £14 million if she is successful.Below are the allegations made of the Duke and his responses.Get the latest celebrity gossip and telly news sent straight to your inbox.
