As part of the sex case brought against Prince Andrew by accuser Virginia Giuffre, the Duke of York's legal team have filed court documents in New York today.
Giuffre claims that she was trafficked by billionaire Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell to have sex with the Prince in London in 2001 - when she was 17, a minor in US law.The mum-of-three also alleges that, at Epstein's home in New York and the US Virgin Islands, she was forced to have sex with the royal.
Prince Andrew has denied all allegations against him - officially filing documents today to a court.
