During the 90s, heartthrob Jesse Spencer played the beloved role of Billy Kennedy in Neighbours. But 30 years since his soap debut, the actor, now 45, looks unrecognisable having secured a huge new TV role. Jesse first arrived in Ramsay Street in 1995 as the second son of Dr Karl and Susan Kennedy, one of Ramsay Street's most beloved families.
