North Korea has released pictures of people folding flyers at it threatens to send them to South Korea. Pyongyang is vowing to push ahead with its campaign to send a claimed 12 million propaganda leaflets to its neighbour.
Reports from Seoul claim some of the pamphlets may be air-dropped into South Korea. Tensions have deepened on the peninsula after the North blew up a joint liaison office and threatened military action over defectors in the South sending anti-North leaflets across the border.
North Korea's official state media, Korean Central News Agency (KCNA), in recent days issued pictures of citizens preparing anti-Seoul leaflets at an undisclosed location in the North.
