Sophie Jade Ellison, from Netherton in Merseyside, was walking her dog on Glover’s Lane on Wednesday evening (August 18) when she stood on a huge metal spike .
Sophie said she had to physically pull her foot free from the spike, which was under a tree swing near to Netherton Activity Centre, reports the ECHO.
