Leading clubs in England, Italy and Spain have been made aware of Campos' availability at a time when the COVID pandemic has elevated the importance of efficient recruitment.
AS Roma are understood to have offered the 56-year-old a position in Serie A. During three seasons at Lille, Campos brought in over €350million in transfer fees while building a team that progressed from a relegation-threatened campaign under Marcelo Bielsa's management to finishing runners-up to Paris Saint-Germain with Christophe Galtier in charge.
In this summer's window alone, centre forward Victor Osimhen was sold to Lille in a deal worth €80m and centre back Gabriel to Arsenal for €30m.
