Amanda Louise Holden (born 16 February 1971) is an English media personality, actress, television presenter, singer, and author. She has judged on the television talent show competition Britain's Got Talent since the show began its run in 2007 on ITV. As an actress, Holden played the role of Mel in Kiss Me Kate (1998–2000), Geraldine Titley in The Grimleys (1999-2001), Sarah Trevanion in Wild at Heart (2006–2008), Lizzie, the Ring Mistress, in Big Top (2009), and the title role in Thoroughly Modern Millie, for which she was nominated for a Laurence Olivier Award.

YouTuber entertained his fans by staying in one of the worst-rated hotels in Liverpool – but still enjoyed the experience.Tim Lindon, 42, runs the travel channel Walk With Me Tim and chose to sleep at the Adelphi Hotel in the city centre.The travel obsessive often chooses places that are low ranked online for his Worst Rated series, Liverpool Echo reports.The owners of the hotel, Britannia, have been named the worst hotel chain in the country for nine years running.Meaning, the Adelphi no longer attracts the high-status visitors it used to.After waiting at the check in, Tim was given a key to his room only to find it was occupied.The bed was unmade and clothes were strewn around, but nobody was in there.He returned to reception and was given a key to the correct room.He said: "They gave me the wrong room I could've walked in on someone naked."In his new room, Tim shows there are bars on the windows, the bathroom floor is filthy and there are stains on the bedsheets.But, having explored the hotel the YouTuber was enchanted by the building.Tim who lives in Great Yarmouth said: "Is it amazing to walk around and see the past?

Absolutely".Tim walked around the grand lobby and was taken in by the architecture.He said: "This is absolutely beautiful. Look at this check out those chandeliers."And, he even found an out-of-tune grand piano in the hall which he played a ditty on.Tim decided to explore every corner of the hotel and found a mysterious room with three large oak chairs.Speaking on his experiences Tim said: "I paid £39 to stay in an amazing hotel with such history.
