Bodvarsson joined Wanderers in the January transfer window on a free transfer from the Lions. He put pen to paper on a deal which lasts until the summer of 2023.
The Iceland international had found himself out of favour at the Den and played just once for the London club in the first half of the 2021/22 campaign.
He moved on in January to pastures new in the form of Wanderers.
