Phillip Schofield
Phillip Bryan Schofield (born 1 April 1962) is an English television presenter who works for ITV. He is currently the co-presenter of This Morning (2002–present) and Dancing on Ice (2006–2014, 2018–present) alongside Holly Willoughby. His other work for ITV includes All Star Mr & Mrs (2008–2016), The Cube (2009–2015), and 5 Gold Rings (2017–present). Schofield gained national attention working for the BBC, first as a continuity presenter for Children's BBC on weekdays from 1985 to 1987, then as a presenter on the children's Saturday morning magazine show Going Live! between September 1987 and April 1993.

Lorraine were less than impressed with the show’s host as she showered Phillip Schofield in compliments over his extensive presenting career for an entire show.

Some viewers tweeted that they were "turning over" due to the apparent "love fest" that occurred on Lorraine Kelly’s programme after she celebrated Phillip’s 40 years in show-business.Lorraine had previously been away from her morning chat show for a week and returned with a tribute to her ITV co-star.Many fans were annoyed that their usual programme was disrupted, especially since Lorraine Kelly was missing from the previous show.Lorraine took her annual half-term break and the programme was presented by Christine Lampard in her absence.At the end of Good Morning Britain the programme cut to Lorraine, who was not in her studio where the programme usually takes place.The 62-year-old was outside a dressing room in the ITV studios, ready to give an award to presenting titan Phillip Schofield with a large number 40.59-year-old Phillip was amazed to see his friend at the door, excited to mark his milestone achievement.The pair then sat together and discussed his four decade long career but many fans were disappointed that the hour-long show mainly focussed on Schofield’s life.One disgruntled viewer tweeted out: "Lorraine this morning, just an appalling love fest and I guess it will continue for the rest of the morning.

Yawn."A fan wrote: "Schofield on TV already? Okay, time to turn over. Even the kids' TV before Jeremy Vine is more entertaining than this smug-fest on Lorraine.""I didn’t think the Lorraine programme could get any more nauseating than it already was.
