TV viewers were stunned last night as James 'Arg' Argent and Anthea Turner pulled off very racy dance. The former Towie star, 34, and Blue Peter legend, 61, left many open-mouthed in the first episode of The Real Dirty Dancing.

Host Keith Lemon ordered the unlikely pair to attempt the bump-and-grind scene from the movie to the song Do You Love Me? The moment had been recreated by E4, who were challenging stars to do their own versions of the classic movie's moves.

Arg, who has recently slimmed down dramatically, said: "I couldn't believe what was in front of me when I walked through those doors.

It was as dirty as dirty could be - and I loved it." Told he would be paired with the telly beauty he yelled: "Come on, Anthea." They then performed a series of saucy moves, with Anthea wrapping a leg around Arg, who was playing the role of Patrick Swayze's Johnny Castle. @font-face{font-family:'The Sun';src:url('/assets/fonts/the-sun/TheSun-Regular.woff2') format('woff2'),url('/assets/fonts/the-sun/TheSun-Regular.woff') format('woff'),url('/assets/fonts/the-sun/TheSun-Regular.ttf') format('truetype'),url('/assets/fonts/the-sun/TheSun-Regular.svg#') format('svg');font-style:normal;font-weight:400;font-display:swap;}@font-face{font-family:'The Sun';src:url('/assets/fonts/the-sun/TheSun-Medium.woff2') format('woff2'),url('/assets/fonts/the-sun/TheSun-Medium.woff') format('woff'),url('/assets/fonts/the-sun/TheSun-Medium.ttf') format('truetype'),url('/assets/fonts/the-sun/TheSun-Medium.svg#') format('svg');font-style:normal;font-weight:500;font-display:swap;}@font-face{font-family:'The Sun';src:url('/assets/fonts/the-sun/TheSun-HeavyNarrow.woff2') format('woff2'),url('/assets/fonts/the-sun/TheSun-HeavyNarrow.woff').
