ITV News presenter Lucrezia Millarini was left freestyling her news reports after technical difficulties affected the programme's autocue.The nightly news show experienced a host of technical issues during Tuesday's 6pm slot, including a "system crash" that resulted in the wrong coverage being broadcast.Viewers took to social media to work out what had happened after noticing ITV News London seemed a little strange when it first appeared on screens.
