Fireworks have lit up the sky over London at New Year's Eve for the last 21 years, attracting huge crowds to watch the show which is also streamed live around the world.
But in a year that has been like no other, with celebrations cancelled because of the coronavirus pandemic, the way Londoners will welcome the New Year has changed too.
Usually, fireworks in London at NYE can be seen along the River Thames, with the London Eye playing a central role in the light show.
But this year, major firework displays across the country have been called off to avoid big gatherings in a bid to curb the spread of Covid-19.
