Barcelona legend Xavi is currently the favourite to replace Ronald Koeman as manager at the Nou Camp, having impressed Barca chiefs in his time at Al-Sadd.Xavi was appointed manager of Qatar's most successful club in the summer of 2019 after retiring as a player following four years with the club.He had joined Al-Sadd aged 35 in 2015 after over two decades at Barcelona that saw him make over 750 appearances and win four Champions League titles.The World Cup winner has carried on his success as a player since becoming a manager with an incredible record as manager of Al-Sadd.After 89 matches in charge, Xavi has a win rate of 68.5 per cent having won 61 of his matches in charge, largely helped by the goals of Algerian striker Baghdad.
