Influencer tells fans cellulite is a good thing as she lets 'real' body show

Instagram page to share an inspiring body positive message with her 548,000 followers.She posted this alongside snaps of herself where she showed a 'posed' version compared with her 'real' body.The brunette was seen showing off her figure in a black sports bra and leggings in the first photos.However, in the left-hand picture, she breathed in to give the illusion of a super-svelte waist and stuck her bum out so she achieved an hourglass shape.Meanwhile, in the right-hand picture, Bree breathed out and let her tummy and bum lay naturally to show the 'real' her.She then shared similar comparison snaps as she revealed her tummy rolls, cellulite and stretch marks and posed with no makeup on.Captioning the post, Bree wrote: "Your brain is always looking for evidence to confirm what you have told it…"So if the story in your mind is 'I’m not good enough', your brain is going to seek everything in your life that reinforces that statement.

It’ll disregard everything that doesn’t."This is why we see our cellulite, rolls, bloating, stretch marks, pimples, wobbly skin, etc as a bad thing… Because we’ve been hardwired to believe that from a young age, so our brains constantly put a magnifying glass over these parts of ourselves & make us believe we need to fix ourselves."So many of us are feeding our minds negative thoughts & overly critical self-talk.
