Influencer shares before and after snaps to highlight reality of bikini shoots

Georgie Clarke has been praised yet again for her body positivity online. The influencer, who boasts 696,000 followers on Instagram, is known for her no-nonsense attitude on social media.Recently, she was praised for shamelessly removing her ex-boyfriend out of a glam snap.

On another occasion, she shared the reality of "camera ready" shots as she posted two pictures taken seconds apart.And now she's been hailed by fans for highlighting an important point about bikini photoshoots.

Posting a before and after snap, she wrote in the caption: "Starving myself for a bikini shoot VS happy & healthy mindset and body."She added: "I wouldn't say I've ever seriously suffered with my weight and how I look."However I have felt under pressure at times to look a certain way and to fit into certain sizes."After coming off Survival of the Fittest I was under so much scrutiny and read so many negative comments about my body. "Things I'd never even thought about before suddenly became insecurities for me. "Strangers on the internet were defining my idea of how I should look."Georgie revealed how she became obsessed with fitness and nutrition leading up to photoshoots.She added: "I look back now and realise I was trying to fit into a body I wasn't happy in. "I was trying to become what I thought everybody else wanted me to be and even doing that I still received negative comments."I gave up, gave up trying to please everyone and just focused on what made me happy."But for the Women's Best ambassador it's all in the past as "it doesn't matter what other people think".
