A head boy was shot in a drive-by attack as he waited for a bus home with his girlfriend. Adriano Shakes, 16, survived the random shooting after being hit in the arm in Birmingham City Centre.

The gunman, who was in a dark-coloured car, is still being hunted following the chilling shooting during a night of violence across the city, reports Birmingham Live.

On Tuesday evening, two other victims were also attacked. A 31-year-old died from his injuries after being shot near City Hospital in Western Road, Winson Green, at 5.30pm.

He was later named as Gavin Parry. A second victim, aged 22, later presented himself at the city's eye hospital after the shooting with serious injuries.
