Harry Styles fan 'struggling to pay rent' after paying nearly £700 for two tickets

Harry Styles' 2023 tour went on sale on August 30 and stadium tour sold out almost immediately - but it cost a pretty penny.The former One Direction star has been one of the most successful soloists since the band went on their hiatus, and eager fans are still lining up in the hopes to see him perform on stage.READ MORE: Harry Styles concert cancelled after gunman opens fire in nearby shopping mallBut Harry's latest ticket drop took fans across the UK by surprise as his tour cost an abundance more than his previous show.The change, which occurred following Ticketmaster's new dynamic pricing which sees tickets increase in price demand with the aim to decrease second-hand ticket sites.For some the increase in tickets was unexpected, which resulted in a mishap by one eager fan Niamh who unexpectedly paid just shy of £700 for two tickets after budgeting £155 a pop.

Speaking to the Birmingham Mail, she said: "I would not have paid that amount willingly as I can't afford it. "At this price, I'm now going to struggle with basic things like grocery shopping and covering my rent.

The prices are absolutely not fair in the current cost of living crisis."She's now hoping for a refund on the tickets.When fans were looking to purchase tickets they were left absolutely baffled after looking at the price for the gigs.

The ticket prices were not shared in advance so fans were unsure what the price would be when they logged on to fight off others in the queue to see the show.
