Liam James Payne (born 29 August 1993) is an English singer and songwriter.
He rose to fame as a member of the boy band One Direction.
Payne made his debut as a singer when he auditioned for the British television series The X Factor in 2008. After being eliminated as a solo performer, he auditioned again in 2010 and was put into a group with four other contestants to form One Direction
Good Morning Britain's Kate Garraway has blasted her co-host, Adil Ray, saying he has a "nasty streak".The two hosts presented the ITV show on Tuesday (April 19) and welcomed showbiz reporter Richard Arnold onto the show to talk about the day's hot takes.However, as they introduced Richard's segment, Adil called Richard a "grandad".This was when Kate jumped in to Richard's defence and said that Adil had a "nasty streak" in him that morning.Unfazed by Adil's comments, Richard laughed it off and continued to present his showbiz section which included a potential Girls Aloud reunion and Liam Payne discussing his bizarre accent.As Richard was first shown on the programme, Adil said: "Alright Grandad?" Kate then said: "He's got a nasty streak in him this morning, I tell you, Adil.
Calling you grandad..." Richard then quipped: "I can snatch a compliment every time he unlocks his jaw don't worry, that little twinkle of his." This comes a day after Kate and Adil were forced to apologise for a guest's language live on-air.Ukrainian businessman Andrey Stavnitser starred on the show to talk about bombing his own house after learning Russians had taken it over.Talking about his decision, after being branded a hero by the Ukrainian people, he said: "If you would ask me two months ago what feeling I would have if hostile military people in my house, I would say fury and anger.
