An eyewitness has described the moment at least 30 youths 'pulled out weapons on a rival group' at a tram station in Bury. The incident unfolded at the Radcliffe Metrolink stop, off Spring Lane, at around 6.45pm last night (October 10).

An eyewitness, who the M.E.N is keeping anonymous, said she was waiting in the station car park when she saw at least 30 youths - some 'masked-up' and some wearing balaclavas - start running around.

She then described seeing some of them pull out weapons, including what appeared to be a machete as well as some 'shiny objects'.
