Four men have been arrested after a man was shot while queuing for food at a McDonald's drive-thru on Thursday afternoon. The 21-year-old victim was targeted as he sat in the front passenger seat of a black Ford Tourneo at the fast food chain's restaurant in Bromborough, Merseyside.
He was treated in hospital for a leg injury and his condition was described as stable. Today, police said a 23-year-old man from Oxton, a 20-year-old man from Tranmere, a 33-year-old man from Liverpool and a 19-year-old man from Tranmere had been arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to murder.
Inquiries are continuing into the incident which happened at about 5.30pm at The Croft Retail & Leisure Park in Welton Road and detectives still want to speak to a man -
