a shooting at a McDonald's drive-thru.A 21-year-old man was shot in the leg as he sat in the front passenger seat at the takeaway hatch of the fast-food restaurant, in The Croft Retail & Leisure Park, Bromborough, on Thursday .Police were called around 5.30pm to reports of multiple shots being fired through the window of a black Ford Tourneo in Merseyside.It is believed the gunman fled the scene on foot towards an Asda supermarket, before leaving the area in a black vehicle with another man.A spokesperson for the Merseyside Police said: “The offender is described as an Asian male, around 5ft 8in tall, of medium build with a beard and a black hooded jacket."The victim, who has not been named, was taken to hospital for treatment for a leg.
