Kim Kardashian showed up to the 2024 Met Gala looking like a silver statue. The reality TV star stunned fans with her look, which included a bold silver gown that flaunted her famous curves.

Her hourglass shape was on full display in the ensemble. She also added a gray sweater wrapped around her arms and draped off of her shoulders. The Skims creator added little else to accessorize the look except her new icy blonde hair color.

However, while Kardashian’s dress was breathtaking, fans couldn’t help but be shocked at how intensely the corsetted midsection wrapped her waist.Kardashian’s waist was smaller than ever in the corset.

While this helped to accentuate the curves above and below the corset, per NY Times. However, many fans were not happy about the unrealistic standard that she set for young girls and women who may look to her as a fashion icon or for inspiration.
