Emmerdale stars tease Charity and Chas 'kiss' ahead of huge Dingle family fall out

Emmerdale stars Emma Atkins and Lucy Pargeter have joked about the idea of their characters Chas and Charity Dingle sharing a steamy smooch.The Woolpack and the B&B are both set to host special events on the same day as the warring landladies take sides and create havoc in a battle of one-upmanship.

Charity and Chas try their best to sabotage each other's events and when they finally come face to face all hell breaks loose between the pair.Things reach new heights when Charity rubs Lydia’s homemade potato salad in Chas' face and the pair end up embroiled in a food fight.Opening up about the hilarious upcoming scenes, actress Emma told Daily Star and other press: "The reaction Lucy (who plays Chas) did on the day I'll take to my grave."Her mouth opened and it all the stuff plopped back out.

It was so funny.Lucy added: "We had set positions but a lot of it was improved. We had a stunt guy there to make sure we don't hurt each other."My kids thought I smelt amazing when I got home.
