Many people still feel unsafe in their own cities, especially after events such as the murder of 24-year-old nursing assistant Samuel Luiz in Spain recently.

Samuel was beaten to death outside a nightclub in the Galician city of A Coruña after a misunderstanding resulted in an argument that got violent.
