Diplo Ran the L.A. Marathon With a Goal of Beating Oprah's Time

Diplo had one goal while running the Los Angeles Marathon this past weekend: beating Oprah Winfrey‘s time!

The 44-year-old entertainer ran the 26.2 mile stretch on Sunday (March 19) in Los Angeles. “Today I run the LA marathon.. tbh all that matters is that I can beat Oprah Winfrey time (she was pretty fast),” Diplo wrote on Instagram ahead of the race. Oprah ran a full marathon in 1994 and finished with a time of 4:29:20.

Well, Diplo beat her by a lot. Keep reading to find out more… Diplo‘s time came in at 3:55:16, which placed him at 2,013th overall.

The day after the race, Diplo took to his Instagram account to share a video recap of his day, including a clip of him crossing the finish line.
