'Del Boy' schoolkid sent home for selling 50p sanitiser squirts to classmates in coronavirus scheme

A mum has told how her 'Del Boy' son was sent home from school for selling hand sanitiser to fellow pupils trying to avoid coronavirus.

Jenny Tompkins, 32, was shocked when 13-year-old Oliver Cooper arrived home from school four hours early on Wednesday morning after being excluded for the stunt.

He picked up the £1.60 tub of Johnson's child hand wash from a Tesco store as he waited for the school bus, before offering a squirt to his mates, who suggested he could charge people to use the cleansing product.
