These are the first, dazzling, images of the hotly anticipated new Greek restaurant Fenix from the group behind popular city centre restaurant Tattu.
CGIs of how the design of Fenix will look have been shared on social media, and it's fair to say it's looking pretty wow. The restaurant will focus on modern Greek and Mediterranean cuisine, boasting what is billed as "breath-taking design, live sounds and cutting edge light technology".
They are aimimg to "mimic the setting sun and rising moon across the Greek Isles" with the lighting design. Bosses have announced that the restaurant is set to be ready to launch in Manchester in November.
It is being created in the new "Enterprise City" part of town - the area around the old Granada Studios now known as St John's where we will also be getting the first Soho House private members club in the autumn. Fenix bosses have also now announced that the opening will be led by two celebrated chefs recruited from Greece, who they say will "bring modern techniques together with traditional ingredients and flavours".
