Veteran TV presenter Davina McCall has revealed how she thought she had dementia and might lose her job because of the menopause.
The Long Lost Family presenter candidly admitted that she, like many women, had no idea just what an impact the menopause would have on her.
Speaking to The Sun, Davina explained how she thought menopause meant having ‘a couple of hot flushes’ but reveals she was instead enduring night sweats, hot flushes, and wasn’t sleeping’.
Davina previously described going through the menopause as being in recovery from drug addiction, but what worried the mum-of-three the most was the debilitating brain fog she suffered which was so severe, she thought she might have dementia and have to stop working.
