According to the solicitor (Aamer Anwar) representing families of Scots who fell victim to the virus a decision by the Health Secretary Humza Yousaf will be communicated soon.

it comes after Yousaf and Deputy First Minister John Swinney met with members of the Covid-19 Bereaved Families for Justice group in Edinburgh.

Yesterday, the Scottish Government announced that nine people in Scotland had died after testing positive over the last 24 hours.In that same time period a total of 1,815 Scots contracted the deadly virus.
