Corrie spoilers: Nina and Asha's relationship falls apart after awkward love declaration

Coronation Street 's newest lovebirds Nina Luca and Asha Alahan run into trouble already as one panics and thinks it's progressing too fast and the other makes a declaration of love that is not returned.

Nina tells Asha she’s going bat watching with her uncle, Roy Cropper, and Asha asks if she can come along with them. Nina tells her no, claiming she would find it boring, and Asha is deeply offended, thinking Nina has gone off her already as she’d rather go out with Roy than spend time with her.

Asha and Aadi excitedly plan their dad Dev’s surprise birthday party, but Asha’s disappointed when Nina says she cannot make it.
