Chelsea have reportedly had two different swap offers for Matthijs de Ligt rejected by Juventus.The Blues are looking to sign De Ligt, 22, by using a player-plus-cash deal.
According to Tuttosport, they made a £34million bid which would also see either Timo Werner or Christian Pulisic head to Turin.But that has been knocked back, with Juve boss Max Allegri not keen on the forwards.
