Charles Bronson has offered cooped-up Brits advice on handling coronavirus lockdown – after two decades in solitary confinement.
The 67-year-old former armed robber – dubbed Britain’s most notorious prisoner – stressed the importance of exercise and hobbies to beat the boredom.
Bronson has been in prison since 1974 and calls himself the “professor of self containment”. He told the Yorkshire Evening Post: 'Right, this is what you've gotta do.
