The woman accused of breaking intoJoe Montana’s Malibu home and trying to kidnap his granddaughter was freed from jail Friday morning.
Sodsai Dalzell, 39, was released from the Los Angeles County jail around 4:30 a.m., according to the records. The charges against her were dismissed.It is not clear why the charges were dropped.
Dalzell was arrested last September after she allegedly entered the home of the iconic NFL quarterback and grabbed his granddaughter.
Montana and his wife, Jennifer, confronted the suspect and asked her to give back their grandchild. After a scuffle, law enforcement officials said Jennifer Montana was able to pry the child out of Dalzell's arms.
