A pensioner is to appear in court charged with endangering people by shooting towards communal gardens with an airgun. Wilson Barrett, 72, is said to have "discharged recklessly a firearm, namely an air weapon, in the direction of communal gardens, to the danger and risk of injury to the lieges".
The incident is said to have occurred in Glasgow Road, Camelon, Falkirk, on January 17th last year (2021).
