Applications have opened for the Government’s restart grant scheme, which gives grants to businesses to help them reopen following the Covid-19 pandemic.
The Restart Grant Plus Scheme, which gives grants of between €4,000 and €25,000 to businesses, replaces and supersedes the existing schemes.
Previously grantees were given €2,000 and €10,000 respectively. The initiative forms part of the Government’s July Stimulus package, a €7.4 billion package of measures aimed at stimulating growth and mitigate the economic impact of Covid-19.
