Prime Minister Boris Johnson will chair an emergency Cobra meeting this afternoon in response to the terrorist attack at Liverpool Women’s Hospital, Downing Street said.
The list of attendees has not yet been confirmed but it's expected that police and counterterrorism experts will attend. It was confirmed this morning that the explosions outside the Liverpool hospital - which killed one and injured a taxi driver - was declared a terrorist attack.
