Brad Pitt is suing Angelina Jolie for secretly selling her shares in the winery they bought as a couple to a Russian oligarch. The 58 year old, whose ex recently said she "feared for her children's safety" during their marriage, asked a court judge to undo the business transaction Angelina made with Stoli Group subsidiary Tenute del Mondo, which Yuri Shefler runs, over the property she and Brad bought back in 2008.
According to legal documents obtained by TMZ, Brad said he invested a great deal of money and time into Chateau Miraval in Correns, in France, throughout the years.
Although the Hollywood actor acknowledged that Angelina laid down 40 per cent of the funding towards the £20.8million ($28.4m), he said that he alone made the winery successful.
