Bloodthirsty drug cartel sends chilling 'no forgiveness' message to 'traitorous' rival

In the CJNG video message, a masked member of the crime syndicate’s paramilitary wing, “the Mencho Special Forces” stresses that the cartel’s killers are only targeting their rivals and mean no harm to the general public. “I want to let the population of Mazamitla and its surroundings know that we, the Mencho Special Forces, are not here to scare or cause harm to the population,” he says.He continues: “Our war is with you, cheap and traitorous Chaparro.
