Shalhoub, who is married to actress Brooke Adams, purchased it in 2016 for a shade under $4 million, according to Dirt.com.Residents of the co-op building pay an additional fee of several thousand dollars each month for a range of services including a 24-hour doorman, a health club and a children's playroom.
