In some ways, Lee Sung Jin’s critically acclaimed new dramedy “Beef,” is one of those programs (so, in this regard, is “Dead Ringers” arriving in a few weeks).

But the Ali Wong and Steven Yeun dramedy is too good not to take the opportunity to speak with its creator and showrunner, Jin, before it debuts on Netflix this week.
