Married couple Jan and Bill flew to Costa Blanca in Southern Spain to find their ideal holiday home, with the help of Channel 4 property expert Ben Hillman.The couple came prepared with a £75,000 budget and a list of requirements for their new home, including two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a pool, dishwasher and close proximity to a golf course.
Ben took them to a region of Santiago de la Ribera to a complex building with a large communal pool and upon viewing the property Jan was too stunned to speak.
The keen buyer was completely in awe of the first home, as Ben managed to find a place that met all their needs right off the bat.
After a tour of the property, Jan was visibly emotional but managed to regain composure to speak to Ben and Bill. She said: "I can’t speak, sorry, I’m mentally putting where all the furniture is."I wouldn’t be doing that if I didn’t feel that this is actually perfect, I can imagine and see us enjoying time with our families.
