Twitter shows he was arrested while wearing a dark blue T-shirt, matching trousers and a black cap.Cops had begun a huge manhunt on Tuesday (April 12) morning after a gunman set off a smoke bomb and opened fire in a train carriage on a New York subway during rush-hour.The suspect reportedly jumped on the train tracks and fled after unleashing the attack, resulting in an amber alert being issued for the entire city.After searching the train station where the incident occurred, investigating officers found a disturbing bag full of items they believe to belong to the shooter.Included among the items was a bag of smoke bombs and fireworks.CNN reports that a Wisconsin fireworks company is working with the FBI after showng a receipt that a man named Frank James purchased fireworks and smoke balls from them in June 2021.Phantom Fireworks stated they "cannot confirm that the purchaser and the person of interest are the same individual" as there is no video surveillance footage of the purchase available.The key to James' U-Haul van was found at the scene of the crime, as was a credit card that had rented the vehicle out of Philadelphia.NYPD are unclear if James is the suspected gunman but believe James was living out of the U-Haul truck because personal items were in there, the New York Post reports.To stay up to date with all the latest news, make sure you sign up to one of our newsletters here.

Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich has had $7billion (£5.3million) worth of assets frozen by the Parish of Jersey, a UK Crown Dependency.A statement from the Jersey Law Officers’ Department on Wednesday read: “Search warrants were executed by the States of Jersey Police on Tuesday 12 April 2022 at premises in Jersey suspected to be connected to the business activities of Roman Abramovich.“The Royal Court also imposed a formal freezing order on 12 April, known as a saisie judiciaire, over assets understood to be valued in excess of $7billion which are suspected to be connected to Mr Abramovich and which are either located in Jersey or owned by Jersey incorporated entities.”Located in the English Channel, Jersey is the largest of the Channel Islands and a self-governing UK Crown Dependancy. As a result, when Abramovich's assets were frozen by the UK Government last month, his assets in Jersey were not.Daily Star Sport has reached out to Chelsea for comment regarding the latest news of Abramovich's frozen assets.Prior to sanctions being announced against Abramovich by the UK Government, the Russian had announced his intention to sell Chelsea.Abramovich had already released a statement saying he was ready to hand over the 'stewardship' of the club over to the trustees of the side.
