Vampire Weekend, Rilo Kiley, Bloc Party and more have been announced as performers at this year’s Just Like Heaven festival.The festival – which was spearheaded by Coachella and Day N Vegas organisers Goldenvoice – will return to Brookside at The Rose Bowl in Pasadena, CA on Saturday, May 10.The line-up – which is known for its 2000s staple of indie-rock and pop trailblazers – also includes the likes of Empire Of The Sun, TV On The Radio, The Drums, Courtney Barnett, Toro y Moi, Unknown Mortal Orchestra, GROUPLOVE, Perfume Genius, The Sounds, Panda Bear, Beach Fossils, Peter Bjorn and John and more. Slowdive have also been announced to play at this year’s festival as special guests.Passes for the indie music bash are set to go on sale on Friday (January 31) at 11am PT (2pm ET and 7pm GMT) at JustLikeHeavenfest.com.

Aminé has announced his first-ever festival, The Best Day Ever – find out the festival’s line-up, ticketing information and more below.The Best Day Ever will be a new two-day festival launched by Aminé in his hometown of Portland, Oregon this August. Conceptualised by the rapper himself, it will showcase some of his closest friends and collaborators in the music scene – such as Kaytranada – as well as other acts like BADBADNOTGOOD, Toro y Moi and others.The Best Day Ever’s debut edition will take place on August 10 and August 11 at the Edgefield Lawn, and will be headlined by Aminé and Kaytranada.

Toro y Moi has released the third single from his upcoming seventh studio album ‘Mahal’, the playful and funky track ‘The Loop’.The track arrived on streaming platforms on February 22 alongside a video of the chillwave artist and his posse cruising through the streets of San Francisco in GoCars and a customised ‘Mahal’ Jeepney.
