This summer was filled with allegations of misconduct at two shows that are produced by Warner Bros. and now execs at WarnerMedia are speaking out in response.
Dozens of current and former employees at The Ellen DeGeneres Show and TMZ have spoken out about workplace misconduct. BuzzFeed reports that WarnerMedia CEO Jason Kilar sent an email to staff in which he said, “I am both concerned and disappointed by public reports regarding patterns of unacceptable behavior that have been raised in recent weeks.” He also said that all existing and prospective partners of the company must act with the requirement “that people be treated with dignity and our intention to sever ties where patterns of behavior are at odds with that requirement.” He
