Pattinson himself contracting the coronavirus — the movie’s release date in theaters is being pushed from Oct. 1, 2021 to March 4, 2022, according to Warner Bros.
That’s after the flick backed off from an original summer release date of June 25, 2021.The blockbuster was among a number that have been pushed back further in the studio’s release schedule as it grapples with the coronavirus.
Others include moving “Dune,” starring Timothée Chalamet, from Dec. 18 to Oct. 21, 2021 and pushing “The Flash,” starring Ezra Miller as the speedy superhero, to Nov.
4, 2022 from June 2, 2022.The studio also said both the Dwayne Johnson spinoff “Black Adam,” which was slated for Dec. 2, 2021, and the video game adaptation of “Minecraft,” earmarked for.
