Vladimir Putin is "more dangerous" than both Adolf Hitler and Joseph Stalin, the Polish Prime Minister has claimed. Mateusz Morawiecki said that the Russian President is more of a threat as he has advanced weapons at his disposal, such as a nuclear arsenal. He also noted that, compared to the 20th century dictators, Putin can channel "the new media at his fingertips to spread his propaganda" more effectively.
