Derbyshire Police said last night that a 17-year-old has been charged with murder and attempted murder, while another boy, also 17, has been charged with assisting an offender and perverting the course of justice.
They are both due in court this afternoon. A 16-year-old boy who was earlier charged with murder, attempted murder and possession of an offensive weapon appeared in court yesterday afternoon and was remanded into custody to appear at Derby Crown Court on Thursday 17 June.
